We want you to love your Cocoon Bébé products as much as we loved creating them. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

• Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Cocoon Bébé cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to appear.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
